Team Building Workshop

The Team Building Workshop provides a platform to improve communication, create trust, and increase accountability among team members. Through self-awareness and feedback, barriers and silos are broken down, and collaboration becomes the norm. One of the continuing challenges of any organization is creating the collaborative environments where teams work together well, provide quick and accurate decision making, and deliver exceptional business results. Target audience: mid-level to senior-level.

Workshop Overview

• Apply individual and team results from the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and/or the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step II
• Provide feedback on strengths, blind spots, and team brand
• Improve problem solving and collaboration
• Address issues that are key to the success of the team and the company

The Team Building Workshop also includes one-on-one coaching for each team member to encourage personal accountability and contribution to the team.

Module Three: Integration of individual strengths and management of weaknesses
Module Four: Address key business issues as a team
Module Five: Team action planning
Follow-up Individual Coaching and Development Plan
