LISA DUGAN is the EVP, senior consultant, and executive coach for Bixler Consulting Group, Inc. She works extensively with managers and executives in individual coaching sessions and teambuilding sessions to enhance personal and professional potential. Her objective is to help individuals identify their strengths and manage areas of development.
Deliverables from the executive coaching sessions include increased leadership and communication skills, heightened visibility within the organization and community, and additional skills necessary for executive-level positions.
Her client list includes First Horizon National Corporation, Deere & Company, Deloitte & Touche, Ford Motor Company, Citigroup, UPS, Hilton Hotels, Hampton Inns, and Avon Products, Inc. She co-authored the award winning video Professional Presence for Merck Managers and assisted in the year-long development, concept, and design of the train-the-trainer program for Merck & Co. Inc.
Ms. Dugan has been featured in many publications, including Smart Money, Today's Dietician, and The West Palm Beach Post. She has been featured on National Public Radio and WINGS and, in 1999 and 2002 appeared on the TV show EXTRA!
Ms. Dugan co-authored the best-selling book, TAKE ACTION! 18 Proven Strategies for Advancing in Today's Changing Business World published by Random House. TAKE ACTION! has been translated into Chinese, Russian, and German. Her second book, 5 Steps to Professional Presence: How to Project Confidence, Competence and Credibility at Work was published in January 2001 by Adams Media.
Ms. Dugan holds a B.A. in Sociology from the Shippensburg State University in Shippensburg, PA and serves on the Executive MBA Advisory Board at Kennesaw State University. She is a Chair for Vistage International, a worldwide organization of CEOs. She is also a graduate of Context, a self-development series. She has been certified to deliver all assessment instruments used by Bixler Consulting.
