Rebecca Bradley Biography

REBECCA BRADLEY is a Senior Consultant for Bixler Consulting Group. For the past 15 years, she has provided leadership and team development, facilitation, and coaching skills training for Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications, retail, financial services, manufacturing, education, global beverage, accounting/consulting, hospitality, and construction industries. Her extensive consulting and coaching experience also includes work in the government and non-profit sectors. She is an inspiring workshop facilitator and works with teams to help them recognize and leverage their strengths as well as address and overcome obstacles that inhibit collaboration and productivity.

Ms. Bradley is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Her coaching clients have a much greater awareness of their strengths and how to utilize them, and as a result, master new ways to contribute to have more impact within their organizations. Her clients also experience greater clarity in addressing their areas of career derailing, formulating practical strategies for leading with confidence and effectiveness. Ms. Bradley's Executive Coaching specialties include leadership presence, relationship management, credibility, communication, increasing impact, team leadership, and change mastery.

Past clients include The Coca Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, Xerox, Rich's, Lazarus, Goldsmith's, Macy's, The Marketing Science Institute, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Chrysler Corporation, and the Economic Development Board of Singapore. Her current client list includes Cessna, Hampton Inns, Deloitte Consulting, and Hilton Hotels.

Ms. Bradley has published in The Systems Thinker Newsletter and The Journal for Quality and Participation. She has also presented at The International Coach Federation Conference, The Insight 2020 Conference, The Systems Thinking in Action Conference, and The International Alliance for Learning Conference. In addition, Ms. Bradley was invited to be a visiting Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She is a charter member of The Society for Organizational Learning, a mentor in The Georgia 100 Mentor Exchange, Retention Chairperson for The National Association of Women Business Owners, and an Assessor for the Credentialing Committee of the International Coach Federation.

Ms. Bradley holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology with a minor in Speech from Auburn University.
