Shelley Hammell is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Bixler Consulting Group. She has 20 years of business experience working in executive management for small, mid-size, and large organizations. Shelley held executive-level positions at CheckFree, BellSouth, MCI, and NCR.
Ms. Hammell has extensive experience leading coaching and team-building with a broad range of organizations including McKesson Corporation, PPG Industries, Bank of North Georgia, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Boehringer Ingelheim, UPS, Avon, John Deere, Denihan Hospitality Group, Hampton Inn, and Embassy Suites. She is certified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, the Myers-Briggs, the Hogan Leadership Series, and DiSC. She has successfully led cross-functional teams of various sizes to empower individual leaders and entire teams to realize the importance of developing strategies to achieve greater performance.
Ms. Hammell holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. She is a two-time winner of the Georgia State MAX award for marketing innovation. She is on the board for TAG’s Women in Technology and is an active member in TAG’s Entrepreneurial Forum and Georgia Coach Association.
