Bixler Consulting Group provides two types of comprehensive and customized coaching - Individual and Group. Both programs provide our clients significant self-knowledge and clarity of direction. Our process identifies strengths, self-defeating behaviors, and the skills to become a successful leader.
Our approach is rapid, engaging, and targeted to exactly what our clients need to advance their development. This includes all levels of communication, achieving influence inside and outside the organization, and professional development to build both credibility and effectiveness.

Individual Executive Coaching
- In-depth development of leadership and management skills using The Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report© and the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series which identify strengths, derailers, and values
- Communication profiling with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument
- Feedback from videotaped interviews to develop nonverbal communication skills

Group Executive Coaching
The twelve month Group Executive Coaching offers managers and senior level leaders a powerful opportunity to grow and develop among peers. Over a one year period, the program includes workshops, phone coaching, senior level assessment instruments, The Bixler 360° Feedback Degree Report©, and customized, interactive webinars.
Participants enhance their leadership skills, increase professionalism, strengthen relationships, and develop greater visibility with key stakeholders. Company initiatives are incorporated so participants understand how to apply leadership principles to create measurable business results.
Content:
- Month One: Full day leadership workshop to introduce the program, review Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument results, The Bixler 360° Feedback Report©, and create Leadership Development Plan.
- Month Two: Phone coaching with each participant to review The Bixler 360° Feedback Report© results and update development plan.
- Months Three through Nine: Seven interactive webinars that focus on strengths and development areas from The Bixler 360° Feedback Report© and the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series Reports.
- Month Ten: Follow-up Bixler 360° Degree Feedback Report© for all participants.
- Month Eleven: Phone coaching with each participant to review follow-up Bixler 360° Feedback Report© and update Leadership Development Plan.
- Month Twelve: Full-day leadership workshop to review follow-up Bixler 360° Feedback Report©, evaluate growth, and measure and report results.
