Participants develop a balanced, whole-brained strategy for powerful communication of their personal brands. Follow-up, individual coaching for each participant encourages personal accountability and produces appropriate actions based on feedback from the workshop.
Time Management workshops show participants how to add hours back into the work week. By analyzing time-use patterns, participants learn how to plan and prioritize what has to get done daily, monthly, and weekly. The process includes analyzing time, setting goals and priorities, planning, and scheduling. This leads to being more organized, creating the right habits, and becoming more accountable. Target audience: Entry to senior level managers.
