Bixler Consulting Group provides leadership workshops that apply the marketing concept of branding to individuals. By learning to project a stronger professional presence, our clients solidify their personal brand identity that in turn improves their leadership performance.  Given the importance and duration of first impressions, we provide clear actions for projecting confidence, competence, and credibility through self-branding.

This interactive, one-day workshop covers five key areas:

Individual and team results of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument are used as a baseline for discussion. Participants develop a balanced, whole-brained strategy for powerful communication of their personal brands. Follow-up, individual coaching for each participant encourages personal accountability and produces appropriate actions based on feedback from the workshop itself. Strengths are leveraged, and challenges are managed.

Using discretion, confidentiality, and respect for our client, a development plan is created based on existing and future job responsibilities, expected outcomes, and personal and professional growth.
