Lisa K. Mackey is the Manager of Client Services at Bixler Consulting Group. Serving as a liaison between our clients and the Senior Consulting Team, Lisa’s primary role is to ensure all clients have the best experience throughout their coaching and professional development programs.
Lisa works closely with the Senior Consultants to coordinate the logistics for each client’s unique coaching program, including pre-coaching assignments, assessment tools instruction, materials preparation, client travel information and post-coaching follow-up.
Her university studies have been at Georgia State University with a focus on English and Journalism. Previously she worked for Mercer HR Consulting and Wellington Management. Her clients at Bixler consulting are from hospitality, financial, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing and technology industries.
