Team Building Workshops
- Individual and team application of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and/or the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step II
- Feedback on strengths, challenges, and team brand
- Addressing issues that are key to success of the team and company
- Development of a team strategy to maximize leadership through communication
Team Building Workshops can also include individual coaching for each team member. One-on-one coaching encourages personal accountability and produces appropriate actions based on feedback from the workshop itself. Strengths are leveraged, and challenges are managed.
