The Bixler Circle of LeadershipTM offers managers and senior-level leaders a powerful year-long opportunity to grow and develop among peers. Over a twelve-month period, the program includes workshops, phone coaching, senior level assessment instruments, The Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report©, and customized, interactive webinars.
Participants enhance their leadership skills, increase professionalism, strengthen relationships, and develop greater visibility with key stakeholders. Company initiatives are incorporated so participants understand how to apply leadership principles to create measurable business results.
Content:
Month One: Full day leadership workshop to introduce the program, review the individual results of The Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report©, and create Leadership Development Plan.
Month Two: Each participant takes the Hogan Potential Report©. The webinar provides a clear picture of where potential and growth reside. Participants learn how to build on the strengths of their team.
Month Three: Each participant takes the Hogan Challenge Report©. The webinar provides insight on how, why, and when derailment occurs.
Month Four: Each participant has a coaching call with his/her coach to individually debrief the Hogan Potential and Challenge Reports©.
Month Five: Webinar addresses change management at a deeper and more meaningful level. We ask the question of everyone, "What is keeping you up at night?" We take the temperature of where each participant is on Endings, Neutral Zone, and New Beginnings with key changes in their roles and responsibilities.
Month Six: Time is the one resource that is not renewable. This webinar is designed to redirect time and energy to each participant's top priorities or "big rocks." The discussion focuses on identifying efficient uses of time as well as time wasters. Participants also identify ways to renew their energy in four key areas.
Month Seven: Webinar provides understanding and discussion in addressing new economic pressures. Now is the time for each participant to demonstrate higher performance levels and set expectations with teams.
Month Eight: The Hogan Values Report© is the third and final report in the Hogan Leadership series. The webinar links values to culture and also to hiring decisions. Understanding closely held values allows participants be more clear about their own and others motivation on their team.
Month Nine: An individual coaching session with each participant links all three Hogan assessments together for a comprehensive report of the participant's leadership style.
Month Ten: Participants do a benchmark Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report. The follow-up webinar measures the progress the team has made in seven areas of competency.
Month Eleven: Each participant has a coaching call with his/her coach to individually debrief their Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report. Progress is recognized and goals are established for the following year.
Month Twelve: Graduation and Recognition -- Short presentation done by graduates on how the program provided value to them, their direct reports, clients, and the company. Each participant is recognized and presented The Bixler Circle of LeadershipTM award.
